Running Late?
All Appointments have a 15min Grace Period after their appointment start time. If client is running behind please contact us as soon as possible to communicate arrival time. Otherwise we will have to reschedule appointment and it will incur the Last Minute Cancelation fee.
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
Need to change or cancel Appointment?
We have a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule policy. if it is under the 24 hour time period changing appointment status will incur a fee of 50% of Grooming appointment. We schedule one on one services so when we don't have appropriate notice of appointment change we are unable to fill your spot. We appreciate your understanding.
Fleas?
If pet has any fleas during groom or we find fleas while bathing them the appointment will incur a mandatory flea bath charge to insure any fleas that enter the salon immediately get taken care of. We do not want anyone passing them around. We will notify all clients of requirement of service if needed. We offer a couple options of Flea shampoo for the different needs of our clients incase of sensitivity but we must be notified of sensitivity by owner.
Last Minute Cancellation
No Show Policy
Respecting both your time and ours, Dirty Doxie Dog Grooming kindly requests a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes. Failing to do so will incur a No-Show/last-minute cancellation fee, set at 50% of the service amount, or a minimum of $25. Please note, these fees double during the week leading to Thanksgiving and Christmas. We empathize with unforeseen emergencies and will happily waive these charges in such cases, appreciating your understanding.
